Free Returns & Exchanges:
We offer free returns and exchanges for all orders within the United States. We will guide you through the steps and provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
1. Items Eligible for Return or Exchange:
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are non-returnable, including customized products.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
1. Contact Us:
Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
2. Receive Authorization:
Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
3. Pack Your Items:
Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of the invoice or packing slip along with the return authorization.
4. Ship Your Items:
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) in your email. Once your case is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged or defective item.

3.Return Shipping:
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
Refund Policy:
Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange promptly. Please allow up to 3 business days from the receipt of your item to complete the process.
If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
